The server runs a background job at 2:00 AM Central Time (America/Chicago) every night that connects to Certemy's public registry API and refreshes your local database. When certification boards update license statuses, your local system receives them automatically.

2. Zero-Auth Google Sheets Integration

Your Google Sheets users never need API keys, service accounts, or Google Cloud OAuth setup. By setting sharing to "Anyone with the link can view", the application leverages Google's direct CSV export endpoint:

3. Profile-Level Multi-Cert Expansion (Option B)

In Certemy, each certified professional has a persistent profileId. Even if a user only provides a CPRS cert number, our matching engine discovers all other certifications attached to that profile (e.g., Approved Supervisor, Forensic Endorsement, Counselor credentials) and outputs each as an actionable row.

4. Live Data Source for Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)

You can connect Looker Studio directly to the live synced registry via Google Sheets:

1. Create a new Google Sheet.
2. In cell A1, paste the formula:

3. In Looker Studio, add a new Data Source → select Google Sheets → pick this spreadsheet.
4. Google Sheets will automatically refresh the dataset from your live server, giving Looker Studio real-time dashboards with zero coding!

5. Live Data Feeds for n8n Workflows

Use the n8n HTTP Request node to fetch either the complete CSV or a filterable JSON payload:
